We started homeschool today! We had a great first day! Here are my cute little students! We spent the morning doing calendar math, story & music time, journal writing, phonics and reading. We had a snack on the front porch and the kids ran around outside a little bit. We came back in for math, puzzles, center games and computer time! After lunch we read two chapters from a chapter book! It was busy but wonderful! I can't wait to do it again!
While we were eating our snack on the front porch we saw a lizzard also eating a snack. (a moth- gross!) How's that for a little homeschool science lesson!
You know I had to do an ABC, 123 themed lunch for our first day! They had letter shaped sandwiches, scrabble cheeze-its, grapes (just to be healthy!) and yogurt with M&M's!
