Sometimes you have to laugh at yourself! This morning the kids were arguing and being mean to each other. I put them both in time out. As soon as I turned my back I heard them start scooting closer together & giggling. Without even thinking, I said what any good mother would say..."there's no laughing and having fun in time out." As the words were leaving my mouth I was processing how silly that sounded, especially when the reason they were in trouble was for not "laughing & having fun" together! I decided to let them out of time out early & sent them off to play! :)
