Fun Dinner Idea!

At my sister's wedding they had a mashed potato martini bar. It was so cute. You put mashed potatoes in a martini glass then topped them as you would a baked potato. It was so fun & everyone loved it! This week I thought- we could do that at home! We didn't use martini glasses because I don't think I have any but for obvious reasons, we use plastic around here! I did at least let the kids use a "grown up" cup so it seemed more fun! We topped ours with bacon bits, cheese and sour cream. This would be fun for a party too! You could do even more fun toppings!
