I made these fun flip-flops for Sarah! Now I want a pair for the 4th! I got red, white & blue ribbon & a $3 pair of flip-flops from Wal-Mart. I cut the ribbon in strips that were about 4 inches. (Later I trimmed them but if you cut them much smaller they are hard to tie). I ended up having to do tie each one three times to keep them on. I still need to go back over the knots with a little glue to really hold the ribbons on. They are fun! Sarah loves flip-flops!
